In 1997 when the Lost World: Jurassic Park was released, DreamWorks Interactive with a join venture from Microsoft set out to create a computer game for all us Jurassic Park lovers'. 

Chaos Island was featured to be 100% true to the lost world movie and to give it the effect of realism DreamWorks employed the stars of the Lost World. Featuring the voices of Jeff Goldblum, Julianne Moore, Vince Vahn, Vanessa Lee Chester, Richard Schiff and Richard Attenborough.

Along with the cast of the Lost World, they encoded some beautiful 3D animations. Some high quality animations at the time. But till this day very good, better than most I say.

Within the Chaos Island mainframe you travel using a PDA screen as featured in the Lost World movie (e.g.; Finding Sara). You guide the characters every move from the dinosaurs you hatch all the way back to the cast. Just make sure not to get caught by the hunters. YES, the hunters. What game would stray from the movie? And lets not forget the wild dinosaurs! Those you can not control! So watch out!

    Well if you still want more or your looking for the game. I'm sorry to say that Chaos Island was pulled from the shelves around the same time Trespasser was pulled.

    Note: Back in May of 2000 or so; DreamWorks Games was bought out by EASports Entertainment. But not to the point where DreamWorks will stop making games, but you will only see an EA logo on the box as well a the DreamWorks Logo. (Yea EA, they tend to own lots of companies now.) So you know for a fact you'll see Chaos Island back on the shelves again with them running the show.
